University delegates can access and view the status of a student's financial aid in the Student Administration System using the View Financial Aid tool.
To view financial aid as a delegate,
- Navigate to the Student Administration login page.
- Click the DELEGATE LOGIN button.
- Enter your user ID and password.
- Click the Shared Info Center tile on the Homepage.
- Click the Financial Aid tab within the listing on the far left of the page.
- Click within the Delegate Name box.
- Click the Change button to change the Aid Year.
- Select the desired year based on the selection options available within the Select a Value pop-up window.
- To access your Financial Aid Award details, toggle between the sub-tabs for both Awards & Financial Aid Summary.
Select the Main Menu drop-down at the top of the opening page. - In the drop-down, select Self-Service.
- Under Shared Information Center, click Financial Aid.
- Click the year for which you wish to view FAFSA information and packaging status.
