After selecting a carrier under the New Line of Service link on the landing page, you will see a Motus-created Carrier site with a few options. A brief description is listed below.

Wireless Products and Services

  • Smartphones: View available smartphone devices
  • Customer Service: Redirects you to the Service Request Tool to make changes to an existing line
  • Rate Plans: View BAE rate plan information based on device type
  • Coverage Map: View a map to see coverage in specific areas
  • Order New Line For Existing Device: Redirects you to the Service Request Tool to request a new line of service for an already existing device*Some CAS groups may be able to purchase Standard Phones and Connection Cards


The next steps will take you through a simple smartphone ordering process with Verizon. Ordering devices from other carriers follow a similar process.
Select Smartphones to begin.
On this page, you can see devices that are available, the details associated with them and the option to add a device to your cart. Please note that bulk ordering is not currently available, as most users will only need to order a single device at a time.


Check off that you have read the disclaimer, and select Add to Order to add that device to your cart.
Once you have selected a device on the previous page, you will be brought to this page with a description of your selection.

Here you have the option to Go Back to select another device or Continue to Checkout to move on to accessory selection.
After selecting your device, you will be brought to the accessory page catered to your device.

We encourage all users to order a protective case and a wall charger. To begin, select the wall charger and click Add to Cart.Similar to selecting a device, you will see a description of your accessory.

You will have a few options at the bottom of the page.

  • Go Back: to return to accessory selection
  • Add More Accessories: to add this current accessory to your cart and return to accessory selection
  • Continue to Checkout: to add the accessory to your cart and continue the process


Select Add More Accessories, add a case to your cart. Once you have added the case, select Continue to Checkout to proceed with the order.
Your shopping cart with your selected device, any selected accessories, and rate plan will be displayed. Any discounts will be automatically applied as needed.

If additional accessories are needed, you can select Accessories in the top navigation bar to go back to the selection page. Your cart will still be available to review. You can return to this page using the Checkout link on the left-hand side bar.
Select the Checkout button in the bottom-right corner to begin verifying employee and shipping information.Now you will proceed with entering your employee and shipping information. This is similar to ordering a product on a generic, online website.

The information on this form may be pre-filled based on who you have logged in as.
Alternatively, if you are ordering on behalf of another employee, you can use the Employee Lookup tool. The tool allows you to search for and select an employee by name.
Additionally, you can type in the employee ID in the Employee ID field. This will populate the form with their information.
If you have a contractor who will be using this device, you can supply the name in the Notes* box as needed.
Complete the form as needed.

You have the option of keeping your existing wireless number. If you select Yes, you will supply the number you wish to port. If you select No, please provide a preferred area code and zip code for where you expect the device to be used.

If you selected an employee above, this form may auto-fill with the employee's information. Provide any information as needed. There is a Business Justification box that you must complete before moving to the next page. Check off that you have read the disclaimer, and select Continue.

Submitting a New Line Order


Once you have reached the Final Shopping Cart Review page, this is where you can review your entire order before it is placed.

Once you are ready to proceed, select Place Order. The order process is now complete, and you should expect a delivery within the timeframe per company policy.
Please note that if an approval is necessary, an email will be sent to the approver before the order is finalized.
