This article is for for instructors seeking information regarding downloading their class rosters as Excel documents, and will provide instructions on how to do so.
To download a class roster as an Excel document,
- Log in to the Student Administration System.
- Navigate to Self Service.
Click on Faculty Center. The Faculty Center will automatically display your Teaching Schedule for the current semester.
- You must enable prompting for automatic downloads for this function to work properly.
- Open the IE browser.
- Access the Tools menu.
- Select Internet Options.
- Select the Security tab.
- Click the Custom Level button.
- Scroll down to the Downloads link.
- Under Automatic prompting for file downloads, select Enable.
- Click OK.
- Click OK.
- Close your browser window.
- Save the file to your desktop where you can open and manipulate it.
- When finished, select the Return to Faculty Center link at the bottom of the page.
