Finance Systems Manager – Manages all KFS activities at the project level.

Project Manager – Point of contact and lead for project type work impacting KFS.

Business Analyst - Works with the Subject Matter Experts and applications that interact with KFS.  Gathers requirements for enhancements and new features.

Level 1 Support Analyst – Receives Footprints tickets from the Help Desk and batch job failure notifications from the Batch Job Scheduler.  Determines the type and component of the issue and works with the appropriate teams to resolve the issue.

Level 2 Support Analyst – Root cause analysis and resolutions that require changes to the application

Quality Assurance Tester – Performs testing activities and signoff on production changes.  Also coordinates testing with Subject Matter Experts.

Technical Lead / Architect – Manages developer resources and determines architectural direction and upgrades.

Software Developer – Works with the Business Analysts to understand make changes to the application.

Release Manager – Manages issue tracking, documentation and coordinates release activities.  Also performs post release activities and test data refreshes.

Server Administrator – Monitors and maintains the infrastructure of the application.

Database Administrator – Monitors database activity, performs backups and executes ad-hoc SQL.

Batch Job Scheduler – Monitors nightly batch jobs and makes configurations change in Control-M

Configuration Change Manager – Manages the continuous integration and delivery of the application.  Also maintains application server components.
