Administrators can execute a Student Financials inquiry in the Student Administration System.

 View Instructions
  1. Log in to the Student Administration System. 
  2. Click Student Financials. 
  3. Select UC Search Match.

  3. Click on  UC Account Information. 
  4. Click the Deferrals link at the bottom of the page.

  2. From the Student Admin homepage, there are two ways of viewing the Anticipated Aid page in the Student Administration System:
    1. Method 1:
      1. Navigate to UC Student Financials. 
      2. Click on UC Account Information. 
      3. Click the Anticipated Aid link at the bottom of page. 
    2. Method 2: 
      1. Navigate to Student Financials. 
      2. Click on View Customer Accounts.
      3. Click the Anticipated Aid link at the bottom of the page.

  4. Click the Due Charges link at the bottom of the page.
