Request FELIX or RFD Access
Please follow the steps below to request access from the Foundation to FELIX, PaperSave (for submitting RFDs), or to start receiving monthly budget reports. Also be sure to first complete our Confidentiality Agreement located in its own article.
FELIX Access
Please complete the External Account User form via Adobe Sign by clicking HERE.
You will need to complete sections 1-4 of the form with the required information to determine what type of FELIX access best fit your needs.
Once you complete those sections, you will click the blue Submit button at the bottom of the page.
You will then be prompted to assign the next participant. Here, enter the name and email address of your supervisor and then click Next.
Make sure your name and email address are entered properly and click Submit.
Your final step is to confirm your email address – Adobe Acrobat Sign (adobesign@adobesign.com) will send you an email with a link to verify your ID.
Once you complete this step, the form will then be sent to your supervisor to approve and sign. It may be helpful to give them a heads up to expect this email. When your supervisor completes Section 5 of the form, we will process your request.
