HuskyBuy is the University’s e-procurement system, managed by the University Business Services Center of Excellence (“UBS”, “CoE”), and powered by Jaggaer software. HuskyBuy provides a mechanism for easy ordering of both catalog and non-catalog product, as well as for the payment of all goods and services. Compared to our previous procurement systems, HuskyBuy increases ordering efficiency, standardizes approval workflows, provides more accurate spend data, and allows for greater visibility into order and payment status.
