Definition/Usage

Service indicators are used to provide or limit access to services. They can be negative, also known as holds, which prevent a student from receiving certain services, or they can be positive indicators to designate special services be provided.

Values

ENR/OHOLD N Orientation Advising Hold
ITL/INTNL Y F or J visa holder

Example

SRVC_IND_CD = ENR; SRVC_IND_REASON = WTTP

Description: Enrollment hold; student cannot enroll in classes until they have completed the required diversity and inclusion training.
