It is the responsibility of each department to follow up on their outstanding invoices.
Even though revenue is credited to a department’s KFS account when an invoice is created, the customer still must pay the invoice to prevent collection agency placement and potential write-off 5 or more years later, which reverses this revenue.
Departments should be reviewing their Customer Aging Report at least once per month and following up with customers who owe balances.

In KFS, navigate to Accounts Receivable & Cash.
2. In the Reference column, select Customer Aging Report.
You can search by Processing Org, Billing Org, or Account Number. For a more comprehensive look at your billing, use Billing Org. As an example:
When the results display, click on the Customer Number of one of the customers to see all of the invoices that they owe your department.
To see only the invoices a customer owes within one range of aging (0-30 days, 31-60 days, etc.), click on the balance they owe within that range.
You can export this report if you wish to open it in Excel:
