Subscribing to External Calendars in Outlook

Outlook Desktop

1. You will need to get an ICS link to subscribe to the calendar. How to get this varies based on the calendar you wish to subscribe to.

2. Go to your Outlook app.

3. Select the Calendar View.

4. Click the Add Calendar button and select From Internet.

5. Paste the calendar link you found earlier.

6. Press OK.

7. You should now see the Calendar under Other Calendars.

Outlook for the Web

1. Go to the web version of outlook.

2. Select Calendar View

   

3. Click Add Calendar

   

4. From the list on the left, select Subscribe from the web.

5. Paste the link of the calendar you would like to add.

6. Click import.

7. The calendar should now show under My Calendars.
