Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (aka visuals)
In a given KPI (or visual), you can select one or multiple (using the Ctrl key) values to apply filters. For example, if you want to only look at students with a math-related Academic Plan, navigate to the Students by Plan KPI (visual) and using your Ctrl key, select all the math-related Academic Plan values.

Is there any default behavior on the Midterm Grades dashboard? |

Yes, there are two default behaviors on the dashboard: The Grades filter will always default to At Risk grades for both Undergraduate careers (grade of C and below) and Graduate careers (grade of C+ and below). How can I make the dashboard bigger? |

Enter Full Screen mode (F11 key in Windows, Fn + on a Mac) Use the zoom located in the lower right of the dashboard.

How do I export the Midterm Grades Output results? |

Select the Midterm Grades Output title bar. You should see an Ellipsis (three dots) icon appear. Select the Ellipsis icon. Select the Export data option. Choose your desired output, and select Export.

How come I see “Not Set” in some of the dashboard categories as well as in the Midterm Grades Output grid? What does this represent? |

When you see “Not Set”, it means that there is no value for the student for that particular category. How do I refresh the Midterm Grades dashboard each week? |

Each week, there will be a new retrieval of grades that were added to the Midterm Grades Roster. To ensure that you have access to the latest set of grades: Hit the F5 key (Windows) or Command + R keys (Mac) to retrieve the latest version of the dashboard dataset.
