Users with access to Adobe Creative Cloud Products via their UConn or UCHC email will use the following steps to login to their UConn Adobe Account

ITS made a change to the Adobe Login Process in October 2023 due to the pending Google Migration and to streamline the login process.

You will retain an Adobe Personal Profile under your UConn Email after the federation of your account, if you wish to delete this Personal Profile and all associated data, you can follow the steps here: Delete your Adobe account and permanently remove your personal information. It will take 30 days for the data to be fully deleted.

Users with UConn Email

  1. Navigate to adobe.com and click Sign In

  2. Enter uconn.edu in the Email Field and hit the Continue button

  3. You will now be redirected to Microsoft 365 to login

  4. Enter your UConn Email, hit Next and enter your NetID Password and, if prompted, approve the DUO Push

  5. You will now have access to your Adobe Products

User with UCHC Email

  1. Navigate to adobe.com and click Sign In

  2. Enter your UCHC Email

  3. Select Personal Account

  4. Enter your Adobe ID Password

  5. Select UCONN - Special Student Pricing, you will now have access to your Adobe Products
