Administrators can manage student phone numbers in the Student Administration System.
Adding or Updating Existing Student Phone Number Details
To add new or update existing student phone record details,
- Log in to the Student Administration System.
- Click the NavBar in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click the Navigator icon.
- Click the Campus Community tab.
- Click the Personal Information (Student) tab.
- Click the Biographical (Student) tab.
- Click the Addresses/Phones tab.
- Click the Phones tab.
- On the Find an Existing Value page, enter criteria to search for the student.
- Click Search.
- To select a student from the list of search results, click any information within the appropriate row.
- f there are multiple phone numbers listed, locate the student record line by phone type, then update respective information, as appropriate.
- Update the phone information - e.g., phone type, phone number, extension, add or remove a phone number line item, etc.
- Once updates are complete, click Save.
