Check Blackboard Ultra Course Quota
Blackboard courses come with an 8 GB storage quota. Use the below steps to see how much you have used.
Viewing the Current Usage
Log into Blackboard and enter your course.
In the Course Content area, click the plus sign and select Content Collection.
Click Browse Content Collection.
The available quota will be displayed in the top right-hand corner.
What To Do if You Have Used Up Your Quota
Delete Unused Files
These files are no longer linked to content.
Log into Blackboard and enter your course.
Click the ellipses next to Course Content near the search icon and select Unused Files.
Select the desired files and click Delete Files.
You can also use Batch Edit to delete multiple files at once within your course. Refer to the following link for more information about Batch Edit.

Upload Large Media to Kaltura
For videos, locate each file in the course and download it to your local machine. Then delete the individual items by:
Locating the file you want to delete on the Course Content Page
Clicking the three dots (…) on the far right of the item
Selecting Delete from the dropdown menu
Confirming the deletion when prompted
Once the files are locally downloaded, you can upload to Kaltura.
