Submitting a VoiceThread Assignment (Students)

This article is intended for students who need to submit a VoiceThread that they have created for a VoiceThread Assignment.

Submitting a VoiceThread for a VoiceThread Assignment

There are 2 steps in this process. The first is creating a new VoiceThread, and the second is submitting it.

1. First create your VoiceThread and finalize all of the media, comments, and settings.

2. Before submitting your VoiceThread to the VoiceThread Assignment link in HuskyCT, make a copy of it.
   Note: This is a critical step as submitting to a VoiceThread assignment removes the submitted VoiceThread from your account.  

   1. You can do this from the main VoiceThread homepage screen by hovering the cursor over your VoiceThread project and clicking the three dots.

      Open

      

   2. Select Copy VoiceThread.

      Open

      

   3. Provide a title for the copy of the VoiceThread and select which comments you would like to keep.

   4. Click Copy.

3. Now that you have prepared the submission copy of your finalized VoiceThread you are ready to submit.

4. Navigate to the VoiceThread Assignment link in your HuskyCT course.

5. From the Assignment page, click Start Assignment.

6. From the "Let's get started!" page, select Use an existing VoiceThread instead of creating a new one.

7. Select the Submission copy your VoiceThread and click Submit.
