Changing User Availability in Ultra Course View

This article is intended for instructors seeking to change a user’s availability in a HuskyCT Ultra course. A user’s availability determines if a course will be visible to the user on their course listing.

  1. Navigate to your HuskyCT course.

  2. Under Details and Actions, look for Roster.

  3. Click View everyone in your course.

  4. Find the user you want to change the availability for, and click the 3 dots to the far right in the same row as their name.

  5. Click Edit Member Information.

  6. A new window will appear on the right hand side of the screen, titled Member Information.

  7. Check or un-check the box next to Allow Access to Course, to make the user available or unavailable.

  8. Click Save.
