Parent Plus Loan Address
The address the parent provided in the Parent PLUS Loan application is the address the Parent PLUS Loan paper check refund will be mailed as well.
New borrowers: The address that is listed on the Paren PLUS Loan application will be transferred to UConn and a People Soft/Student Admin account will be created for the parent.
Existing borrower: If a parent already has a PeopleSoft/ Student Admin account and they borrowed in the past years, the old address will stay on the profile until parent updates with new address. New addresses WILL NOT automatically update.
To receive either a paper check refund by mail or an electronic refund to a bank account, please see instructions below. Please note you must provide your zip code and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number that matches what you have on file for the Parent Plus Loan.
Update Address
If the parent wishes to receive their Parent PLUS Loan refund by paper check and would like to update their address, they MUST update their address on the Personal Information page by logging into Studentaid.gov with their FSA ID.

NEXT, the parent must email onestop@uconn.edu a screenshot of their updated address from the Studentaid.gov website that includes the new address shown on the Personal Information page. The email to One Stop must be the email used on the Parent PLUS Loan application.
Enroll in eRefunds
If the parent borrower wishes to receive the Parent PLUS Loan refund electronically (directly deposited into bank account), the parent MUST login to their Flywire Authorized User account to enroll in eRefunds.
