eRefunds - Sign up for Electronic Refunds
** Effective 4/2/26 - eRefunds in Flywire replaces Direct Deposit in Student Admin**
Starting April 2026, eRefunds in Flywire will replace direct deposit in Student Administration. Current direct deposit information in Student Administration will not carry over to Flywire eRefunds. All refunds will be processed through Flywire moving forward. If you are expecting a refund due to excess financial aid or other reasons you will need to sign up for eRefunds. eRefunds are available only to students and Authorized Users with a US domestic bank account. 1.) To start, click the link below to login to your account. Students & Authorized Users may also find the login links on our Office of the Bursar homepage.

2.) Students: When logging in, click Bursar Services tile and then Sign up for eRefunds.
3.) Navigate to the eRefunds tab in Flywire.
4.) Click Enroll for eRefunds.
5.) Authorized Users: You must provide your zip code and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number that matches what you have on file for the Parent Plus Loan. If there is a mismatch when the refund is initiated, the Authorized User who took out the Parent Plus Loan will be issued a paper check to the address that was submitted when taking out the loan.
6.) Select a previously saved bank account or Directly to this New Bank Account (Note: The system does ACH validation in real time. If the routing number entered is not valid, an error message will appear. The student/AU must correct the routing number before they can proceed.)
7.) Click in box, I have read and agree to these “Terms and Conditions” utilized for eRefunds and click Submit.
8.) A confirmation eRefund Receipt pops up on the screen and an email confirmation will be sent from Flywire.
