Webex Recording Consent
Participants in Webex Meetings need to consent to being recorded when the Host or Cohost initiates the recording or transcript generation.
Due to your likeness, speech, and or chat messages being recorded during the Meeting, you will need to agree to be recorded. Your input in the meeting may be analyzed by AI (Large-Language Models) in order to summarize the talking points of the Meeting.
Consent Message:
The message states: “By agreeing, your speech may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized. If you decline, you’ll stay muted with video off and won’t be able to chat or share content.”
If you do not consent to being recorded, you may remain in the Meeting in an observational capacity.
