IT Support for Departments

IT Support for Departments

The go-to guide for all referrals and escalations, whether internal or external to the ITS Technology Support Center.

Departments supported by ITS Device Support (Technology Support Center)

ITS Device Support provides support for workstations and associated equipment. Departments supported by ITS Device Support have most IT-related issues handled directly by ITS. If you are not supported by ITS Device Support, they can refer you to the proper IT support group. To contact ITS Device Support, visit techsupport.uconn.edu.

As of January 2026 several IT-SLE departments have been directed to call the TSC for level 1 support. If an issue cannot be resolved, needs escalation or onsite support escalate to IT-SLE.
