Locking the Webex Room
When you are using a Webex room, you may want to keep the meeting private and prevent others from inadvertently joining.
The Room Lock is global, meaning it bars all entry regardless of who the participant is.
If a participant drops out, possibly due to poor Wi-Fi on their end, you will have to re-admit them.
A Participant will be removed from the lobby if they are not admitted within 6 hours.
