UConn VPN

In order to transfer digital objects from your local network to the CTDA servers for the spreadsheet ingest module, you will need to download and configure UConn's VPN software, PulseSecure.

Always check with your IT department before you download and install any software on to your computer.

Download PulseSecure

  • Visit the UConn Pulse Secure Client Download page.

  • Select your operating system and click "I Agree".

  • Download the file and then follow the instructions in the software installer.

  • Once the installation is complete, you need to configure the software to connect to the UConn network following the directions below.

Configure PulseSecure

  • Click on the plus "+" icon.

     

  • Enter the following information into the popup and then click "Add"

     

  • Once configured, see return to the Ingest Workflow guide to continue.
