Foundation Account Deficits
If one of your Foundation Accounts goes into deficit, please reach out to your contact in the CLAS Business Center. The Business Center can facilitate a transfer with the Foundation and will need the know the reasoning, the account that is in deficit and the account that is being used to cover the deficit.
This is processed on a form that is signed by the Dean Signatories in CLAS and submitted to the Foundation. This can only happen once an account is actually in deficit, not in preparation for an account going into deficit by a future expense.
