Shift Differential Business Rules
PLEASE NOTE
The differential "Window" for Police department is different compared to Fire and Communications departments:
If an employee from the Police department has a shift start of 2000 (8 PM) on a Monday, the day should be treated as a "Sunday" (i.e. the previous day). For all other departments, the day coming into differentials logic, is the day it should consider when applying the business rules / window
