Viewing Academic Requirements Reports

Administrators can view and print advisement reports in the Student Administration System.

  1. Log in to the Student Administration System. 

  2. Click the NavBar in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Click the Navigator icon.

  4. Click the Academic Advisement tab. 

  5. Click the Student Advisement tab.

  6. Click the Request Advisement Report tab. 

  7. Click the Add a New Value tab.

  8. In the ID field, enter the appropriate ID.

    1. To select an ID from the Lookup List, click the magnifying glass icon to the right of the field. 

    2. On the Lookup ID page, enter your criteria.

    3. Click Look Up. A list of IDs will display.
      Note: You may need to click View All for all IDs to appear.

  9. In the Report Type field, enter ADVIS for an undergraduate student or GRADV for a graduate student.

  10. Click Add.

  11. Click Process Request. After a few moments, the Academic Requirements Report will display.

  12. Click View Report as PDF to view and print the report.

  13. Click Plan of Study to view and print the student's Plan of Study.

    Note: If the PDF document does not appear, disable pop-up blockers on your browser and try again.

  14. At the bottom of the page, click Return to Report Request to return to the Report Request page.

Degree requirements are listed as Requirement Groups and are comprised of Requirements. Requirement Groups appear with an RG designation next to them and Requirements appear with an RQ designation next to them.

  • If all requirements have been met, the Requirement Group to which they belong will also appear as Satisfied

  • If any requirement is not complete, the Requirement Group to which it belongs will appear as Not Satisfied.
