Recommended Option
- Fill out the AV Consultation Request to schedule a consultation with AIT to asses the AV needs of the conference room in question.
- A staff member from AIT will get in touch with you and determine the best equipment for the needs of the room
- Once the equipment is installed, you can follow this guide on connecting a remote participant using the video conference equipment.
