Step 1: Log in to BMS
Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Sections’ Page
Step 3: Add limitations within the Manage Sections Search to narrow down the courses you want to review and/or edit in mass (limits are not required but recommended)
Step 4: Review the section ‘instruction mode’ on the course.
Any applicable conversions noted in the email summary have already been done.
Step 5: Select the check boxes for courses you want to modify the instruction mode on, and then hit ‘Mass Update’
PLEASE NOTE that only one TYPE of ‘Instruction Mode’ can be used at a time
For example: the courses you select will all move to one type of instruction mode, regardless of what they may already be listed as.
Step 6: Edit the ‘Instruction Mode’ desired and hit ‘Preform Mass Update’
Once complete the system will display a success message:
