Hard Drive - Latitude 7400, Latitude 7400 2in1, Latitude 7420 2in1
Impact: Widespread
We have seen multiple hard drive issues. Anytime a message comes up saying No Hard Drive in diagnostics, recommended to call Dell. Given that this message has persisted through different hard drives, recommend sending computers to ARC if we see this message.

Screen failure - Latitude 7400 2in1, Latitude 7420 2in1
Impact: Rare
We have had a few screens turn blank. The issues were resolved by sending computers to the Dell Advanced Resolution Center for repairs for 7400’s and 7420’s parts were on back order and we got a refurbished.

27” Monitor sticky keys - Monitor from 2020 batch
Impact: Rare
USB keyboards would have sticky keys. When hitting a key, it may not go through or it may go through multiple times. The solution is to update the firmware for the 27” monitor through Dell’s website.

Webcam issues - XPS 7390
Impact: All
After updates, the webcam becomes non-responsive. Using the Dell Support Assist tool fixes this issue.

Sound Drivers not present after Imaging - Latitude 7400, Latitude 7400 2in1, Latitude 7420 2in1
Impact: Intermittent
Support Assist tool will fix this driver issue.

Sound Card not shown after computer updates - Latitude 7400
Impact: Unknown
