This article is for administrators. It provides recommendations for user default settings in the Student Records section of the Student Administration System. 

To access user defaults, 

  1. Click the NavBar icon in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Click the Navigator button from the menu.

  3. Click the Set Up SACR tab.

User Defaults 4

  1. Verify the Carry ID checkbox is selected.
  2. Transcript Type: Enter the transcript type you view most often.
  3. Advisement Report Type: Enter the advisement report type you view most often.
  4. Click Save
