These instructions describe the process of picking up and dropping off a device to the Technology Support Center's Device Support team. If you are receiving a new machine or freshly re-imaged machine, be sure to login for the first time while on campus. If you wait until you get off-campus to login for the first time, Windows may not be able to load your account. More details are provided in an included informational sheet.
Pickup or Drop-off Procedure
Starting August 16th, we will be reopening our main entrance at the 1st floor of the Homer Babbidge Library. Beginning on this date, our North Entrance location will close and we ask that you come to the 1st floor for in person appointments troubleshoot your device.
Pick up and Drop off will be done at the Library loading dock.
- You will receive a link (provided below) in your Jira ticket that asks you to schedule a time to drop off / pick up your device. This is also the location to pickup loaner laptops/iPads.
- At your scheduled time, go to the Homer Babbidge Library North Entrance located at 369 Fairfield Way.
15-Minute Short Term Parking can be found next to the Library loading dock
Long Term Parking (Longer than 15 Minute) can be found in the South Garage. - The Technical Service Center Quick Support Desk is located just inside the library doors.
