Administrators can manage student residential addresses in the Student Administration System.

Updating an Existing Residential Address 

To update an existing residential address, 

  1. Log in to the Student Administration System. 
  2. Click the NavBar in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Click the Navigation icon. 
  4. Click the Campus Community tab
  5. Click the Personal Information (Student) tab
  6. Click the Biographical (Student) tab
  7. Click the Addresses/Phones tab
  8. Click the Addresses tab. 
  9. Enter criteria to search for the student on the Find an Existing Value page. 
  10. At the top of the page, locate the address type you wish to update.
  11. Click Edit/View Address Detail.
  12. Click the + symbol.
  13. Change the Effective Date as needed.
  14. Enter the Country code. To select a Country code
    1. Click the magnifying glass icon to the right of the field from the Lookup List.
    2. On the Lookup Country page, click Look Up. A list of values for Country will display.
    3. Click View All for all Country codes to appear.

      The Country code must be entered first to view the appropriate fields for the Address.
  15. Click Update Addresses.
  16. Enter the address information.

    Address information should be entered using appropriate upper and lower case.
  17. Click OK.
  18. Click OK.
  19. Click Save.

Adding a New Residential Address 

To add a new residential address, 

  1. Log in to the Student Administration System. 
  2. Click the NavBar in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Click the Navigation icon. 
  4. Click the Campus Community tab
  5. Click the Personal Information (Student) tab
  6. Click the Biographical (Student) tab
  7. Click the Addresses/Phones tab
  8. Click the Addresses tab. 
  9. On the Find an Existing Value page, enter criteria to search for the student.
  10. Under Add Address Types, check the Address Type you would like to add.
  11. Under Add Address, change the Effective Date as needed.
  12. Enter the Country code. To select a Country code from the Lookup List,
    1. Click the magnifying glass icon to the right of the field.
    2. On the Lookup Country page, click Look Up. A list of values for Country will display.
    3. Click View All for all Country codes to appear.

      Note: The Country code must be entered first to view the appropriate fields for the Address.
  13. Click Edit Address.
  14. Enter the student's address information.

    Note: Address information should be entered using appropriate upper and lower case.
  15. Click OK.
  16. Click Submit.
  17. Click Save.
