Aurora: ITS provides a content management system that faculty, staff, and students may use to build and maintain websites. The service, named Aurora, is a multisite Wordpress Service that enables customers to publish websites that meet institutional brand and accessibility standards, have a mobile responsive design, and remain current with security updates. RHAP is a web hosting service provided by ITS that can be used if the webmasters wish to use features not available on the Aurora WordPress web content management system.

The University provides multiple services that faculty, staff, and students may use to advertise events, make announcements, or engage with other units.
- Events Calendar: Add a upcoming event to an area-specific or the University's main calendar.
- Daily Digest: Submit and schedule an announcement that will appear in a daily newsletter-style email.
