Advisors can remove advising service indicators from student records in the Student Administration System. Holds placed by other offices cannot be removed by advisors.
Select the NavBar icon.
Select the Menu button from the NavBar.
Select the Self Service tab.
Select the Advisor Center tab.
Select the My Advisees tab. The My Advisees page will display.
Select the Circle Backslash icon for the student to navigate to the Manage Service Indicators tab.
Select the Service Indicator Code link.
Select the Release button.
Select the OK button to remove the Service Indicator.
The page for the selected student will show that the appropriate ServiceIndicator was removed.
