This article is for incoming or currently enrolled students who need to take the Math Placement Exam (MPE). The MPE is created by the Department of Mathematics and is administered through the Learning Management System (LMS) Blackboard or HuskyCT. To access the exam, students will need to log in with their NetID and NetID password and self-enroll.
To access the MPE,
Log in through lms.uconn.edu with your NetID and password.
Click
onon the Math Placement Exam
onin the middle of your screen.
Select the course ID (ex. course-0905) with the Course Name: Math Placement Exam which will take you into the course.
In the course, you will see the option to Enroll.
Click Enroll.
You will then be able to take the exam. Each student is allowed 3 attempts per semester.
