HuskyBuy is the University’s e-procurement system, managed by the University Business Services Center of Excellence (“UBS”, “CoE”), and powered by Jaggaer software. HuskyBuy supports an end-to-end experience from procurement to payment through a single environment. The implementation of the HuskyBuy upgrade in 2018 has allowed UBS to improve ordering efficiency, standardize approval workflows, provide HuskyBuy provides a mechanism for easy ordering of both catalog and non-catalog product, as well as for the payment of all goods and services. Compared to our previous procurement systems, HuskyBuy increases ordering efficiency, standardizes approval workflows, provides more accurate spend data, and allow allows for greater visibility into order status and payment.Additional content coming soonand payment status.
