Importing a Calendar into Outlook from a .ical or .vcs file
Open your Outlook Calendar.
Click File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
Select Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs)
then click.
Click Next.
Select file name.Using the file explorer window that opens find and select the calendar file.
Click OK.
Select whether
you’dyou would like to import this as a new calendar
,or add the items to your current calendar.
Importing a Calendar into Outlook from a .csv file
Open your Outlook Calendar.
Click File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
Select Import from another program or file > Next.
Select Comma Separated Values > Next.
Select Browse
>Select the desired calendar file using the file explorer window that opens.
Click Open.
After selecting duplicate handling options, click Next.
Select Calendar
and then.
Click Next.
Make sure you have Import… selected
, then click.
Click Finish.
