Requesting a laptop
To request a laptop, you must fill out this web form https://operations.stamford.uconn.edu/forms/caps-laptop-loan/ the CAPS Student Laptop Request form to create a ticket.
Once this is done, your loaner request ticket will be sent off for approval. Once approved, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment through the ticketing system. Appointments will be held in on the first floor of the Jeremy Richard Library at the Stamford ITS Help Desk. If no one is down there at the time you arrive, call 203-251-9599 and you will reach someone.

We provide support if needed for our laptops. We routinely push out Windows updates and push out software that is commonly put in our labs. We provide users administrative rights on the laptop. In the event you need further assistance, please create a new ticket for the issues you are having.
