Please complete the External Account User form via Adobe Sign by clicking HERE.

  • You will need to complete sections 1-4 of the form with the required information to determine what type of FELIX access best fit your needs.

  • Once you complete those sections, you will click the blue Submit button at the bottom of the page.

  • You will then be prompted to assign the next participant. Here, enter the name and email address of your supervisor and then click Next.

  • Make sure your name and email address are entered properly and click Submit.

  • Your final step is to confirm your email address – Adobe Acrobat Sign (echosign@echosignadobesign@adobesign.com) will send you an email with a link to verify your ID.

  • Once you complete this step, the form will then be sent to your supervisor to approve and sign. It may be helpful to give give them a heads up to expect this email. When your supervisor completes Section 5 of the form, we will process your request.
