In the Meeting Chat
If a meeting attendee sends a chat message in the Meeting’s chat window, a new chat thread will appear in the Teams app’s Chat window. This chat will persist after the meeting ends.
If the meeting is recorded, this chat thread appears even if there are no messages sent during the meeting. Attendees may visit this thread to view the recording.

Privacy Consent: When you begin recording a Teams meeting, the camera and microphone of participants will be muted until they consent to being recorded. If they do not consent, they will remain in the meeting with their camera and microphone disabled. They may use the Chat to communicate. |

Once the Teams meeting has been recorded, the recording will be posted in the Meeting chat.

2. Click the 3 dots in the top right of the recording and select "Share"

3. When the share menu pops up, it will ask "Want to make this recording available to everyone in your org?
4. Select Share.The recording is now uploaded onto Microsoft Stream and anyone with the link can view/download the recording.
5. If you want to download the meeting, paste the link into a browser which will take you to Microsoft Streams

6. Note: Only the owner of the recording can download the file.
7. To download the file, the owner has to navigate to the meeting recording link then select the 3 dots located next to the "Like" option and select "Download video"

Stream is integrated into 365; video files can be shared like files in your OneDrive and SharePoint.To help yourself find your meetings, filter the videos by “Meetings” by clicking on the Meetings button.
