Unofficial transcripts can be viewed and printed by most administrators in the Student Administration System. Only the Storrs Office of the Registrar can print official transcripts in the Student Administration System. The Law School and Medical and Dental Schools can print their own respective official law, medical, or dental transcripts.

Click the NavBar icon in the top right-hand corner.
Click the Navigator button from the menu.
Click the
Records andRecords and Enrollment tab.
Click the Transcripts tab.
Click the Request Transcript Report tab.
Click the Add a New Value tab.
Notice the Transcript Request Header tab displays.
From the Institution
dropdrop-down list, choose UCONN.
From
thethe Transcript Type
dropdrop-down list, choose UNOFX.
In the Number of Copies field, enter the number of copies you need.
Note The number of copies indicated will be produced in Adobe Reader. - Click
Click Transcript Request Detail tab.
In
thethe ID
fieldfield, enter the appropriate ID.
To select an ID from the Lookup List, click the magnifying glass icon to the right of the field.
On the
LookupLook Up ID page, type some search criteria.
- Click
Click Look Up. A list of IDs will display.
YouNote You may need to click
View
AllAll for all IDs to appear.
To run more than one transcript at a time, click the plus sign.
Repeat Step 12a-c, for up to 5 copies at a time.
AttemptingAttempting to print more than 5 copies at a time will create errors.
IfNote If you continue to use the plus sign on the last row added, the transcripts will be printed in alphabetical order
fromon the Request Detail page.
Click Process Request.
Click the View Report link to see transcript details via Adobe Reader.
Click the Print button, as desired.
