titleKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) (aka visuals)

In a given KPI (or visual), you can select one or multiple (using the Ctrl key) values to apply filters. For example, if you want to only look at students with a math-related Academic Plan, navigate to the Students by Plan KPI (visual) and using your Ctrl key, select all the math-related Academic Plan values.

  • Students by Year

  • Students by Plan

  • Students by Sport

  • Students by Academic Standing as of the last completed Full Term (Spring or Fall Terms only)

  • Students by Attributes

    • FGEN: Student who identifies as First Generation

    • RHIT: Student who transferred internally from RHAG into the UGRD Career

    • RHTR: Student who transferred into RHAG Career from another institution

    • UGFR: Undergraduate First Year students at UConn effective based on Attribute Value

    • UGTR: Student who transferred into the UGRD Career from another institution

  • Students by Subject

Interactive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (aka visuals)

Once Engage with the various dashboard filters directly to produce the desired set of students.  Once you are satisfied that you have the desired filters and fields you want, you can then export that output result to Excel.
