These instructions describe the process of picking up and dropping off a device to the Technology Support Center's Device Support team. Note

If you are receiving a new machine or freshly re-imaged machine, be sure to login for the first time while on campus. If you wait until you get off-campus to login for the first time, Windows or MacOS will not be able to load your account. More details are provided in an included informational sheet.

Pickup or Drop-off Procedure

You will receive a link (provided below) in your Jira ticket that asks you to schedule a time to drop off / pick up your device. This is also the location to pick up loaner laptops/iPads.

The ITS Technology Support Center is located on Level 1 of the Homer Babbidge Library.

Tip

If you have larger items and would like someone to meet you at the library loading dock.  Please call 860-486-6540 when you arrive, and someone will meet you at the loading dock.
