Tip

Windows

  1. On your keyboard, press Windows + R to open the Run window.

  2. Copy and paste the follow code into the window:

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

    Press Enter.Then click Okay

    If you receive an error, try the command below

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

    If you receive an error, try the command below

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
  3. The OneDrive icon will disappear and then reappear.

  4. Navigate to s.uconn.edu/onedrive.

  5. Click on My Files in the lefthand menu.

  6. Click on Sync in the top toolbar

    Open the OneDrive App and sign in with you UConn email address and NetID password.

  7. Allow your computer some time to resynchronize itself with the cloud.
