Advisors can view class schedules in the Student Administration System.
To view class schedules as an advisor,
- Log in to the Student Administration System.
- Navigate to Self Service.
Click on Faculty Center. The Faculty Center will automatically display your Teaching Schedule for the current semester.
- Click the Advisor Center tab at the top of the page. The My Advisees page will display.
- Click View Student Details
Click the NavBar icon in the top right-hand corner.
Click the Navigator button from the menu.
Click the Self Service tab.
Click the Advisor Center tab.
Click the My Advisees tab. The My Advisees page will display.
Click the View Student Details link to see an advisee's
Student Center.
From the This Week's Schedule page you can: - Click the icon in the left column to view Academic Calendar Deadlines, if desired. Click Weekly Schedule to see a calendar view of the weekly schedule, if desired.
Click My Class Schedule.
Alternatively, click the Weekly Schedule link.
Select the Term and then click Continue.
From the Class Schedule view, check off the desiredFilter Options.
Click Filter.
