Tip

Windows

  1. On your keyboard, press Windows + R to open the Run window.

  2. Copy and paste the follow code into the window:

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
  3. Press Enter.

  4. The OneDrive icon will disappear and then reappear.
    If the icon doesn’t appear again, return to Step 1 but enter the following code instead:

    Code Block%localappdata%\Microsoft\

    Then click Okay

    If you receive an error, try the command below

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

    If you receive an error, try the command below

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe
  5. Click on Ok.

  6. Sign into OneDrive and allow
     /reset
  7. The OneDrive icon will disappear and then reappear.

  8. Open the OneDrive App and sign in with you UConn email address and NetID password.

  9. Allow your computer some time to resynchronize itself with the cloud.
