  1. Login to Kaltura Mediaspace or HuskyCT.

    1. Kaltura Mediaspace:

      1. Click Guest. 

      2. Click My Media to log in.

    2. HuskyCT

      1. Login to HuskyCT

      2. Click Tools

      3. Click My Media

  2. Click on the video title to which you wish to add captioning.

  3. Below the video on the right-hand side, click Actions. 

  4. Select Caption and Enrich.
    (warning) Note: The “Machine captioning” option is 70% to 80% accurate and is the only option free of charge. Be sure to edit the captions after they are created to be ADA compliant, which is close to 99% accurate.

  5. Click Submit to confirm your selection.

  6. Once your captions are complete, see Edit the Captions in a Kaltura Video for instructions on how to edit them.
