To solve this issue, disable the Juniper Network Service

  1. Ensure that Pulse VPN is connected.

  2. Open Control Panel and select Network and Sharing Center then select Change adapter settings.

  3. Right-click on the WiFi adapter

    and select

  4. Select Properties.

  5. Uncheck

    Un-check the box for

    Juniper Network Service and click OK

  6. Click OK.

  7. Right-click on the Pulse Secure virtual adapter, if it exists

  8. Select Properties.

  10. Click OK.

    Reboot
  11. Restart your computer.
