To solve this issue, disable the Juniper Network Service

wireless network adapters.
Ensure that Pulse VPN is connected.
Open Control Panel and select Network and Sharing Center then select Change adapter settings.
Right-click on the WiFi adapter
and select.
Select Properties.
- Uncheck
Un-check the box for
Juniper Network Service and click OKJuniper Network Service.
Click OK.
Right-click on the Pulse Secure virtual adapter, if it exists
, and select.
Select Properties.
- Uncheck
Un-check the box for Juniper Network Service
and click.
Click OK.
RebootRestart your computer.
