After exporting a calendar, you can import it into another program such as Apple Calendar or Mozilla Thunderbird.
Open Outlook.
Go to your calendar by clicking the Calendar icon.
Select the File tab.
Click Open & Export
...
→ Import/Export
Select Export to a File
...
Click Next
...
Select Comma Separated Values
...
Click Next
...
Choose the calendar you wish to export.
Click Next
...
Select Browse
...
Choose the location you wish to save the file and give the file a name.
Click OK

Click Next
...
Select Export “Appointments” from folder: Calendar
...
Select Finish
...
Select the date range you wish to export from your calendar.
Click OK
...
The downloaded file will be saved in the folder previously designated as a .csv file type.
