Collector file that I uploaded on 3/16 processed in batch overnight.  It kicked out errors (fiscal period inactive).  

added 3/28:  if possible, test a "CIDER" collector file (i.e. the interface from CIDER to KFS).  can download one from PRD.  (bruce)

8/1:  tested Collector from Sherri Manis.  had to open new fiscal period (02) so it initially errored.  fixed via GLCP, then scrubber and poster - all successful.
